Final artwork files can be sent as .ai, .eps, or .pdf files. Please outline all fonts or provide the original font files with your submission. All images must be embedded or the individual linked files provided. We do accept high resolution .jpg files, but these MUST be "to final size", 300dpi, contain 1/4" bleed and crop marks.
P.S. We do understand that this artwork jargon can be a bit much for non-graphic designers to understand. If you've got your own design that you've created in Word or Publisher, we should be able to help convert it to a print-ready file. However, there may be an additional artwork fee for this. Give us a call for further details.
Requesting a final proof...
Halton Graphics will provide each client with one complimentary digital proof of the artwork for a job, at the client's request. This isn't something that's done automatically, as we operate under the assumption that all artwork submitted to us by a client (or their representative) is FINAL and print ready.
Additional proofs (ie. more than one) are subject to an additional charge, which will vary depending on the characteristics of the job at hand.
Submitting your artwork file...
Artwork can be submitted by emailing the files, shared folder links, dropbox links, etc. to [email protected]
You can also swing by our office in Newton Industrial Park with your files on a memory stick for us to copy. We'd love to meet you too!
PLEASE NOTE... While we do our best to check through all artwork for any errors or inconsistencies, we CANNOT be held responsible for any artwork printed as provided by the client, or printed as approved by the client. So please be sure to check through your files carefully!
